Known for his strong commitment to clients, he has extensive experience in financial issues, business reorganization, and litigation, including numerous bench and jury trials. Tim also serves on the Nevada State Bar committee on fee disputes. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys playing music and spending time outdoors with his dogs, staying active in the Las Vegas community.

Jen grew up in Washington state before moving to sunny Southern California in 2003, where she worked as a legal assistant for a local bankruptcy firm. She enjoys running and traveling, and competed in the Boston Marathon in 2023. She has a 20 year old daughter, a great boyfriend, and three little rescue boys (dogs).

Emily worked as a courtroom clerk for 5 years with the Superior Court of California Tuolumne County, where she became interested in debt dispute and litigation law. She is also a proud Navy Veteran, having served on the USS Laboon DDG 58. Emily has her Associates in Behavioral Sciences and loves her children consisting of one dog and two cats.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Medinah holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and has extensive experience from working at the Eighth Judicial District Court of Las Vegas and civil law firms. In addition to a commitment to community engagement through 501(c)(3) organizations, Medinah tackles off-roading trails with their Jeep Rubicon during their free time.

Mia is an avid reader, vintage car enthusiast, and loves camping trips with her spouse. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and brings valuable experience from her roles as a Judicial Assistant in the 3rd District Juvenile Court and at various financial law firms. Mia is excited to join the FCRA department, where she looks forward to supporting attorneys and assisting clients with dedication and expertise.

Hailing from Bloomfield, New Jersey, Abbas made Las Vegas his home after falling in love with the city during a vacation. He plays a vital role in a legal team dedicated to advocating for clients grappling with debt. Outside the office, Abbas is an avid basketball fan and enjoys playing in his free time and cheering on the Golden State Warriors.
