FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What can I expect from Elite Legal Practice?
At Elite Legal Practice, all clients sign a comprehensive Client Services Agreement that explicitly outlines the scope of our work and our services. The legal process to resolve debt issues can be complex and unpredictable, involving multiple parties and various stages. We encourage our clients to carefully review this agreement and ask questions. Our goal is to ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of our services and what to expect.

Is this debt consolidation or debt settlement?
No. Our firm is not a debt consolidation company or debt settlement company.
Our law firm does not pay your debts, we do not hold your money in an escrow account, and we do not offer blanket debt settlements. Elite Legal Practice operates in a highly regulated environment, with strict ethical standards and guidelines. We leverage federal laws like the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the CARD Act of 2009 to dispute the validity of your debt. Debt consolidation and debt settlement companies, while regulated, are not held to the same level of scrutiny and accountability as an operating law firm with licensed attorneys.

Will this improve my credit score?
Our firm is not a credit repair organization, and we do not employ deceptive tactics to temporarily boost your credit score by removing negative information.
While credit scores matter, they're not the top priority when tackling debt. Instead of obsessing over temporary score fluctuations, we focus on permanently removing inaccurate and invalidated information from your credit report - a right protected by law.

I've seen negative reviews online. Should I be concerned?
We take all feedback seriously—positive and constructive—and are proud that of all the clients we've served, less than 0.1% have resulted in negative feedback. The Better Business Bureau has administered an in-depth review to ensure our firm operates with integrity, and we achieve their highest standard of trust. We believe our clients deserve clarity, even in the face of tough conversations, and this accreditation gives our clients added confidence in our services.

If you ever have any questions or concerns--especially about something you've read--we invite you to reach out directly. We're always here to provide clarity and context.

How long will this take?
With any legal process, case timelines can be unpredictable due to a variety of factors like complexity, strategy, procedural rules, and even the parties involved. While our firm wastes no time, your creditors, collection agencies, and the credit bureaus are less motivated to act in a timely manner. Typically, our clients see results in 24 to 36 months.
